Our service department provides all customers with a polite and efficient service to keep all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in good working order, and to minimise down time of this equipment during maintenance checks M-Cool can provide a comprehensive maintenance package on all make of air conditioning equipment anywhere in the country through our network of fully trained service engineers.
The Package
- Pre-scheduled visits including 1 major and 3 minor visits
MINOR VISIT includes full inspection of the following;
- Mechanical Check- Fan coils, condensers, condensate pumps
- Refrigeration Check- Suction and discharge pressure, expansion valve operation etc
- Electrical Inspection- Wiring, sensors, high pressure switches, operating currents, transducers etc
- Unit Inspection- Fault generation and response monitoring, control valves and settings etc
MAJOR VISITS include all the checks above plus the following:
- Full Chemical Clean - Indoor and outdoor coils
